Please read the terms of service carefully before commissioning me to avoid confusion.GENERALAI/NFT Use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I reserve the right to decline commissions that do not fit my abilities, subjects I will not draw, or if the client is disrespectful.My artwork may be used for personal display, such as profile pictures, banners, social media posts (with proper credit), or printing for personal use, but it will not be used for commercial purposes.A Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $10 will only apply if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.I take USD. Please convert your currency’s prices if needed.CUSTOMER USEClaiming rights to the original character, but not the drawing itself.Printing artwork for personal usePosting my artwork on social media (with credit to “@solarsquidz on TikTok/Discord”).Posting my artwork on Toyhouse (with credit to “@solarsquidz on TikTok/Toyhouse/Discord”).YOU MAY NOT:Color WIPs, lineart, or refurbish any sketches of mine without explicit permission and credit.Remove signatures or watermarks from the piece.Resell or distribute the artwork.Modify the artwork without my consent.Use artwork for merchandise or commercial products.Claim the artwork as your own.PAYMENTPayments will be made through PayPal or CashApp.**If you choose to back out after a sketch is created, please pay a $10.00 feeIt is preferred to have full payment up front, but if the commissioner is uncomfortable with that (especially with prices that are $100 and up), half of the price can be paid upfront with the remainder being paid upon near completion. If there is still discomfort regarding payment methods or plans, it must be communicated to me, and we can work on a payment plan.The listed prices are the base prices. They can increase or decrease depending on the piece's complexity.My watermark will not be removed from the artwork until I am given full payment (in the case of payment plans or half upfront), but a faint signature will be left.My complexity fee is between $5-50 for ALL commissions.You will have three free revisions (may increase depending on how simple they are) before additional charges are added ($5.00 per revision).DEADLINES AND DELIVERYCommissions may be done within the course of two weeks depending on the complexity, queue, schedule, or other issues. If there are issues or delays, I will inform the client.If you want to be prioritized and skip most of the queue, you must pay a $10.00 fee.
If you have a rush order or a deadline that is within 1 week, the priority fee applies as well.
PROCESSI will respond to commission requests within a 1-week timeframe and put the client on a waitlist.Please state what you want, and ask questions if needed. If you have any issues, please do not be afraid to communicate with me. The end goal is your satisfaction.It is most preferred that I be given visual references so I have a general idea of what to create for you. This can be poses, collages, references, or inspiration.The client may be given a series of concept sketches to choose from, or just one to be tweaked until satisfied.I may photobash to give both the client and myself a clearer idea of what is wanted in the piece.You may send me the first payment only when the sketch is approved. After this, refunds will not be available unless I am unable to complete the piece.I will update the client on progress appropriately. This may include any questions from my end, coloring and rendering, etc.Upon near completion, if the payment was not completely upfront, the rest will be paid to remove the watermark and add final touches.REFUNDS
I may cancel a commission and provide a full or partial refund to you if I am unable to complete the illustration.
Once the sketch is approved, no refunds will be available unless issued by me.FINAL AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
